a course about AI ↦ the communication plan, up and running

We build the communication plan with artificial intelligence.

The training I run every year at Torre Jussana — the Barcelona centre for support to associations, for communication teams and boards of non-profits: designing the organisation's communication plan by making the most of AI, with a practical, ethical approach.

annual training Torre Jussana · Barcelona communication teams and boards for non-profit organisations

The organisation doesn't leave with notes. It leaves with the plan up and running.

Session by session, we work on each organisation's real communication: we diagnose, decide and start writing in the room. AI comes in as a tool to analyse, generate and optimise — the judgment and the voice stay with the organisation.

What we work on.

From diagnosis to rollout: the full journey of a communication plan, with hands-on practice at every step.

01

Diagnosis where the organisation's communication stands

Analysing current communication with AI tools: audiences, trends and similar initiatives. Practice: a self-assessment of each organisation's communication.

02

The plan decisions and draft

Goals, key audiences, messages and narratives, channel mix. Practice: each organisation starts writing its draft plan.

03

Content create and optimise with AI

Writing posts, articles and press releases; creating and editing graphic and audiovisual material. Practice: content tailored to each organisation's needs.

04

Rollout follow-up and sustaining

How to integrate AI into the organisation's communication strategy — including fundraising — and how to sustain the plan over time.

Each organisation takes away:

It's not theory about AI. It's your plan, started and on track.

01

The organisation's communication plan

Diagnosed, decided and begun in the room on your own reality — not a generic example — with a clear path to finish it.

02

A list of AI tools to put it into practice

Chosen for what each organisation needs, with the specific uses for each task.

03

Practical, ethical criteria for use

To decide what gets automated and what doesn't — and so the organisation's voice isn't lost along the way.

AI in the service of the plan. Never the other way round.

The goal isn't to use more tools: it's communication that's more strategic, efficient and human. First the diagnosis and the decisions; then the tools that make sense for each organisation — and teams that come out autonomous, not dependent.

Want it at your organisation — or tailored?

The open edition is announced each year in Torre Jussana's training programme. I also bring this training to federations, town councils and specific teams, adapted to where you are and to your language.
